We currently offer meal prep delivery to the following areas: Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach and part of Irvine. If your delivery address falls within these regions, you are eligible to place an order with us.

2. Delivery Schedule:

We strive to provide you with the freshest meals possible. Our standard delivery days are Monday & Wednesday and also offer ON DEMAND delivery on our website. During the checkout process, you will be able to select from the available delivery dates for your area.

3. Delivery Charges:

Charges are calculated at checkout and are dependent on your located to the store.

4. Delivery Process:

When you order is completed online, a third party delivering service is notified and a driver is assigned to your order delivery. Our service takes utmost care to ensure that your meals are delivered in optimal condition. Meals are prepared fresh, packaged securely, and transported to maintain their temperature during transit.

5. Tracking and Notifications:

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. On the morning of your scheduled delivery, you will receive a notification with an estimated delivery window.

6. Delivery Instructions:

During the checkout process, you can provide specific delivery instructions to assist our store staff and drivers in the 'add a note to seller' section for your order and finding your location or leaving the package in a safe place if you're not available to receive it.

7. Missed Deliveries:

If you are not available to receive your delivery, our driver will follow the delivery instructions provided during checkout. If no instructions were provided, the driver will attempt to contact you. If the delivery cannot be successfully completed, the meals will be returned to our facility and our customer support team will reach out to you to reschedule the delivery. Please note that repeated missed deliveries may incur additional charges.
